i'm very very very free recently
waiting for my final exam
although i'm free,but still no mood to touch those notes yet,hehe...
play masak-masak again
coz i found one easy recipe in newspaper
so feel free to have a try,kaka..XD
1st,the ingredients that you need to prepare consists of :-
potato-2kg
fresh cream-500ml
milk-500ml
onion-half
garlic- estimate by you own
salt- estimate by you own
butter- estimate by you own
* i didn't follow exactly but estimate by my own coz it's too much for 2 persons*
i bought wrongly for the fresh cream
so,i make the fresh cream by myself
just need to use the egg white + sugar
and beat quickly until it become thicken
after you had get ready,peel the potato and cut into slice
then diced the onion and garlic
next,add in potatoes, onions, garlic with fresh cream, butter and salt to the pan
and cook for about fifteen minutes
afterwards,painted square plate with butter and poured in all the ingredients
lastly,preheat the oven first
then adjust to 240 degrees
bake about 20 minutes until the surface of potato appeared to be yellow color
you're done & happy to enjoy =)

p/s:if you like to drink milk,for sure you will like this dish
but if you don't,u better don't try it,haha...XD
for me,i'm ok,but it's ko for my sakai b >.<
however,the potato on the surface taste better compared to the bottom one
or u can try to add more onion to cover the taste of milk
besides that, i also got 焖伊面 for sakai b
scare that fei zai not enough eat,haha...;)
